Randy Jozwiakowski
Randy has been in the beverage industry for over 20 years, with extensive experience in wholesaler strategy development and implementation, mergers, acquisitions, finance, and operations. Prior to forming Paragon Beverage Advisors, LLC, Randy was Vice President of Wholesaler Development at Anheuser-Busch InBev. During his time at A-BI, Randy led transactions totaling over $1 Billion, including numerous A-BI branch acquisitions and divestitures, and the acquisition of brand distribution rights across the U.S. As V.P. Wholesaler Development, Randy led the development and implementation of numerous Route To Market Strategies for A-BI such as the Anchor Wholesaler Program and the Partners Program, working in conjunction with A-BI senior management, the A-BI Wholesaler Advisory Panel, and the Wholesaler System. Randy also served as a member of the Board of Directors for Craft Brew Alliance (publicly traded Company) as one of the two A-BI representatives on the Board. Previously, Randy served as Vice President of Finance and Operations for A-BI’s Wholesale Operations Division (branches), leading the Finance and Operations functions for a division of A-BI with over $1.5 Billion in Sales.
Randy lives in Kirkwood, MO with his wife and three daughters.
Mark L. Hall
Mark has over 17 years of beverage industry experience with extensive experience in wholesaler mergers, acquisitions, and financing. Prior to forming Paragon Beverage Advisors, LLC, Mark was previously Sr. Director, Wholesaler M&A with Anheuser-Busch InBev and participated in more than 15 branch acquisitions or divestitures in addition to leading dozens of brand distribution rights acquisitions. Mark managed the supplier change in ownership approval process for A-BI and maintained relationships with a network of financial institutions and individuals that were sources of capital for wholesalers.
Mark previously worked for the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City and has an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis, MO. Mark lives in Affton, MO with his wife and two children.
R. Scott Savage
Scott has over 7 years of beverage industry and financial advisory experience with extensive experience in beverage distributor valuations, mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Paragon Beverage Advisors, LLC, Scott worked for Glover Capital, Inc., a mergers and acquisitions firm specializing in the non-alcoholic beverage industry, and was formerly in the Wholesaler M&A group at Anheuser-Busch InBev where he participated in branch acquisitions, brand distribution rights acquisitions/divestitures and evaluated wholesaler changes in ownership. Scott was also involved in the company’s route-to-market strategy and managed Anheuser-Busch InBev’s equity investment in one of its branches.
He also previously worked for a financial advisory consulting firm that focused on valuations for legal and tax purposes and for a publicly-traded building products distribution company in national account sales.
Scott received an MBA from Emory University and a B.S. in Business Administration from The Citadel.
Scott lives in Atlanta, GA with his wife.
